Job Description
Our Client, an Agriculture Products company, is looking for a Product Engineer for their Fuquay-Varina, NC location.
Responsibilities:- As a (Product Engineer) for (Client) located in (Fuquay-Varina, NC), you will….
- Develop and implement design solutions to improve cost, quality and performance of existing products
- Manage the implementation of multiple moderate scope projects on a common timeline tied to a pre-determined implementation date
- Identify the root cause of identified issues and develop corrective actions to resolve them
- Collaborate within a cross functional ream to provide engineering support.
Requirements:- Proficient in 3D CAD, other engineering tools & systems (Creo, Windchill, SAP, ANSYS, etc.)
- Working knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, electro-hydraulic, structural, and powertrain systems and the ability to troubleshoot them
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Working knowledge of technical drawings and GD&T
- Experience taking designs from ideas to fully implemented into production
- Experience performing engineering calculations and data analysis
- Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical, Agricultural or Electrical Engineering
- Advanced engineering degree
- Experience with commercial mowing products or parallel industries
- Experience with gasoline and diesel engines and engine systems
- Experience with design for manufacturing techniques
- Knowledge of systems engineering and or six sigma methodologies
