This role leads moderate-scope sustaining engineering projects, performs advanced engineering analyses, and supports supplier qualification and new product introduction (NPI) efforts. The position collaborates with cross‑functional teams to resolve complex product issues and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.Key ResponsibilitiesLead moderate-scope sustaining engineering and product improvement projectsPerform advanced engineering analyses, including tolerance stack‑ups, DFMEA reviews, FEA, and VA/VE initiativesDrive cost‑reduction, reliability improvement, and product performance initiativesSupport supplier qualification activities, including technical documentation and engineering evaluationsLead root cause investigations and implement corrective and preventive actions for product and process issuesSupport customer investigations related to product performance, reliability, and quality concernsSupport new product introduction (NPI) initiatives, including design support, validation, and production launch activitiesPrepare, revise, and maintain engineering drawings, 3‑D models, and bills of materials (BOMs)Execute and support engineering changes (ECNs), BOM updates, and document control processesSupport product qualification and validation testing, including test planning, execution, and reportingCollaborate with manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams to resolve production and field issuesMaintain accurate engineering data within PLM and ERP systemsEnsure compliance with all safety, quality, and environmental requirements, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001Adhere to Trillium Flow Technologies' code of conduct and all company policies and proceduresPerform other duties as assignedEducation / ExperienceBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline (required)2–5 years of product engineering experience in a manufacturing environmentDemonstrated experience supporting sustaining engineering, product improvements, and cross‑functional problem‑solvingCertifications & SkillsSolidWorks Professional certificationLean Six Sigma Yellow or Green Belt certification (preferred)Proficiency with CAD and PLM systems; experience with Creo and Windchill preferredStrong working knowledge of engineering drawings, GD&T, BOMs, and technical documentationExperience with failure analysis, root cause methodologies, and corrective action processesStrong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skillsEffective verbal and written communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and work independently#J-18808-Ljbffr
