Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Product Engineer II to join a client in Grapevine, Texas. This is a full-time, direct hire position. The role is 100% onsite at the client's Grapevine facility, with occasional travel to their Fort Worth site as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Provide Technical Support to the production team.
- Perform failure analysis on customer products.
- Investigate and perform root cause analysis.
- Contact client for escalations.
- Set up repair line including ESD tools and grounding.
- Identify optimum analytical approaches critical to problems.
- Requires communication with local and overseas team via emails and conference calls.
- Prepare parts and components for Factory team second level failure analysis.
- Work inside customer lab.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering.
- Experience in computer hardware engineering.
- Hands on Experience in hardware assembly and disassembly on computing devices
- Requires excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Must have strong Office suite knowledge (excel, word etc.).
- Requires moderate knowledge of UEFI, WINPE, CMD, Batch files, SDK, ADK, Configuration files.
- Effectively communicate concepts and solutions with various levels of the organization.
- Effectively liaison between Company and Client.
