Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Product Engineer II to join a client in Grapevine, Texas. This is a full-time, direct hire position. The role is 100% onsite at the client's Grapevine facility, with occasional travel to their Fort Worth site as needed.
Responsibilities:
Provide Technical Support to the production team.
Perform failure analysis on customer products.
Investigate and perform root cause analysis.
Contact client for escalations.
Set up repair line including ESD tools and grounding.
Identify optimum analytical approaches critical to problems.
Requires communication with local and overseas team via emails and conference calls.
Prepare parts and components for Factory team second level failure analysis.
Work inside customer lab.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering.
Experience in computer hardware engineering.
Hands on Experience in hardware assembly and disassembly on computing devices
Requires excellent written and oral communication skills.
Must have strong Office suite knowledge (excel, word etc.).
