They partner closely with customers to deliver parts that meet exact specifications, while keeping production efficient and scalable.Job DescriptionLead end-to-end program management for new product launches. Act as the main technical point of contact for customers and suppliers. Own APQP execution through to successful PPAP approval. Build and manage project timelines, budgets, and customer updates. Drive tooling design, mold build, and validation activities. Coordinate cross-functional teams to keep projects on track and resolve issues quickly. Spot risks early and take action before they become problems. Support quoting, design for manufacturability, and feasibility reviews. Travel to customer and supplier sites as needed.
