To create prints and work orders, communicate effectively with leadership and the team, and support all technical and application needs for internal and external customers.

Design for production following Fullerton's manufacturing/tolerance standards (print, router, tolerance standards). Provide details needed on prints & routers to ensure it is clear what is required at each production step. Create wire frame prints to assist in the quoting phase. Create router packets for production to ensure the customer receives the correct and quality tooling. Provide accurate routing setup and run times to aid in production scheduling. Provide technical support to external and internal customers. Multi-task when working on various projects at the same time. (Engineering GUI, Customer prints, Quoting prints) Attend FAST academy once every 2 years (minimum) Supporting Quality Assurance Travel to Customer sites as needed. Degree in Engineering or related field Experience in Product Development/Applications Knowledge of machining techniques and cutting tools Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Self-motivated, ability to work independently as well as within a team Problem solving, time management, professionalism Cutting Tool knowledge Manufacturing experience Mechanical blueprint reading experience CAD experience. AutoCAD 2D along with Fusion 360 or equivalent experience developing models and drawings. GD&T Ability to learn new software as required Exhibits a strong ability to handle multiple demands with a sense of urgency, drive, and energy.

Professional office environment (50% of the time). Required to interact with personnel on manufacturing floor (40%). This position operates within a manufacturing environment and has occasional exposure to loud noise, grinding oil/coolant, grinding dust, fumes and moving mechanical parts. Some travel may be required (5-10%).
