You'll Support Meaningful Work By:

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop complex system products involving multiple materials and processes
  • Designing and engineering architectural solutions such as glass walls, solid walls, and screens
  • Applying mechanical engineering principles and material science knowledge to product development
  • Creating and defining performance requirements on engineering drawings
  • Managing and prioritizing multiple ongoing projects to meet deadlines
  • Prototyping and testing concepts using various methods to validate design decisions
  • Building strong connections by seeking input and fostering open dialogue across departments
  • Demonstrating curiosity and exploring new perspectives to solve tough problems
  • Driving initiatives to successful completion with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership
  • Pursuing answers with persistence and creativity, believing that solutions always exist

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • Minimum 3+ years of work experience in product development within an engineering discipline
  • Experience creating and defining performance requirements on engineering drawings
  • Ability to apply mechanical engineering principles and knowledge of material science, manufacturing processes, and tools in product engineering
  • Strong understanding of tolerance analysis

The starting annual base salary range for this position is $80,000 - $95,000. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
