Job Description:
Project Manager serving as Agile Master to facilitate PI planning, sprint ceremonies, and cross-team coordination across product engineering initiatives. Leverage expertise in Jira and Confluence to manage backlogs, track progress, and ensure visibility into delivery status. Drive end-to-end planning and execution, including schedules, risks, and dependency management, with strong focus on alignment and transparency. Partner with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to ensure effective communication, resolve blockers, and enable timely delivery. Maintain robust dependency mapping to identify and mitigate risks proactively. Support governance, reporting, and continuous improvement of Agile practices to optimize team performance and delivery outcomes.e
