Location: Fort Worth / Alliance, TX Pay: Up to $25/hr DOE Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
We are hiring a Product Engineering Technician to support production and engineering operations in a fast-paced electronics manufacturing environment. This position is ideal for someone with hands-on manufacturing experience who enjoys troubleshooting, problem-solving, and working directly with production equipment and processes.
Responsibilities
Monitor production lines and process parameters to ensure quality and efficiency
Troubleshoot process issues, machine alarms, and production abnormalities
Assist with quick repairs and escalate larger technical issues to Engineering
Collect and track production, yield, and quality data
Assist engineers with testing, pilot runs, and process improvement projects
Ensure production processes follow established SOPs and work instructions
Requirements
Minimum 3 year of electronics manufacturing experience
Previous technician, process, engineering support, or troubleshooting experience preferred
Basic Microsoft Word and Excel skills
Associate degree in Engineering preferred, but not required with equivalent hands-on experience
Chinese or Spanish bilingual skills are a plus
