This is a highly visible role that will serve as the bridge between sales, operations, inventory, installation teams, and customers to ensure seamless execution from order handoff through final installation.
This is not a traditional project management role. Instead, this position is ideal for someone who thrives in operations, coordination, and execution-focused environments where attention to detail and cross-functional communication are critical.
Position Overview
The Product Execution Manager will oversee the full lifecycle of equipment delivery after a sale is completedfrom internal handoff through installation and final customer implementation.
This person will ensure all moving pieces are aligned, including inventory, purchased components, installation readiness, scheduling, customer communication, and coordination with internal teams.
The ideal candidate enjoys managing multiple moving parts, solving problems proactively, and ensuring customers have a smooth delivery experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Execution Management
- Own project execution from post-sale handoff through installation completion
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and execution milestones
- Ensure smooth coordination between departments throughout the process
- Inventory & Product Coordination
- Track incoming equipment, components, and purchased parts
- Ensure all materials are available prior to installation
- Identify delays, shortages, or damaged items and resolve issues quickly
- Installation Readiness
- Confirm customer sites are prepared for installation requirements
- Verify power, layout, access, safety requirements, and other installation needs
- Make go/no-go decisions based on project readiness
- Cross-Functional Coordination
- Partner closely with sales, service teams, warehouse/inventory teams, and global operations partners
- Ensure accountability across all stakeholders involved in execution
- Resolve bottlenecks and improve communication across departments
- Customer Communication
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during the execution and installation phase
- Communicate timelines, expectations, and responsibilities clearly
- Manage issues and escalations professionally
- Process Improvement
- Help build scalable and repeatable execution processes
- Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend improvements as the company grows
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in project coordination, operations, implementation, logistics, supply chain, or product execution roles
- Experience in manufacturing, industrial equipment, automation, machinery, logistics, or related industries strongly preferred
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Experience coordinating across multiple departments
- Strong customer communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing environment
- ERP or inventory management system experience is a plus
