• 5-10 years of Mechanical engineering design experience preferably in Mining Industry. • Strong product knowledge on Separations Products with expertise on Thickeners and Drives (EIMCO & DORR). Knowledge on Communition products is added advantage. • Proficient in engineering design fundamentals. • Knowledge of manufacturing processes (welding, machinery, fabrication of industrial parts, tolerances), materials, and global quality standards. • Must be proficient with engineering design tools and PLM (AutoCAD, Solidworks, Enovia.) • Basic understanding of design requirements of other engineering disciplines: electrical, process, etc. • Proficient in change management and conflict resolution. • Good verbal and written communication skills. • Must have valid work authorization to work in the U.S. No relocation assistance is available for this position
