About the Role:

The Product Graphics Program Manager will serve as the single point of contact for end-to-end product graphics workflow, intake management, and project execution. Sourced via approved vendor agencies, this individual will bridge design and production to ensure visual quality, technical precision, and regulatory integrity across all physical product markings and labels.

 

Detailed Responsibilities:

 

End-to-End Workflow Management: Manage the product graphics workflow from intake to delivery as the primary point of contact for all ongoing projects and incoming requests.

Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with industrial design, regulatory compliance, engineering, operations, legal, UX, and external vendors to ensure design intent is precisely executed across all markings and labels.

Delivery & Mitigation: Deliver results on schedule by proactively identifying blockers, maintaining clear project communications, and equipping team members with the context needed to achieve every objective.

Process & Operations Optimization: Actively manage the internal request queue, refine design workflows, and document standard operating procedures to build long-term operational efficiency.

 

 

Mandatory Skills/Qualifications:

Industry Expertise: Over 6 years of professional experience in industrial design or equivalent creative disciplines.

Target Level: L4 (Intermediate) / L5 (Senior)

Technical program management in consumer hardware/Casting/CMF

Cross-Functional vendor management

Familiarity with labeling regulations and print production processes

Technological Curiosity: Passion for leveraging AI-driven tools to optimize and

accelerate creative workflows.

Agility and Resilience: Proficiency in navigating entrepreneurial settings that require

frequent context switching and operational fluidity.
