POSITION SUMMARY

• Product Handler I: Entry-level position for the distribution facility to develop skills and knowledge required to perform core distribution functions utilizing YNA processes/procedures/systems.
• Product Handler II: Must demonstrate the knowledge required to perform core distribution functions utilizing YNA process/procedures/systems.
• Product Handler III: Must demonstrate the ability to perform multiple functions throughout various areas of the operation or within multiple facilities and be capable of performing daily job functions with minimum support/supervision.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Load and unload trucks
• Put away incoming stock
• Fill orders
• Label and Verify stock
• Stage outgoing shipments
• Sort and stack stock
• Perform Cycle Counts
• General housekeeping activities
• Support long-range and short-term group forecasts, goals, objectives, and priorities
• Support other projects, tasks, and/or duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

Degree Requirements: High school or GED

Certification Requirements: Forklift Certification

Previous Experience:

Product Handler I: Preferred but not necessary Product Handler II and Product Handler III: 18 - 24 months preferred

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
