Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Product Image Designer & Customer Support Specialist to create and maintain high-quality product imagery across our eCommerce channels while also supporting our customer experience team. This role will focus on product image creation, image optimization, digital asset organization, supporting new product launches, and assisting customers with order-related inquiries and support needs.
The ideal candidate has strong design skills, exceptional attention to detail, and experience creating compelling product imagery for online retail while maintaining consistent visual standards across a large product catalog.
Key Responsibilities
Product Image Design & Asset Management
- Create, update, and optimize product images for Shopify, Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and other sales channels
- Design product feature graphics, callout images, comparison graphics, bundle images, and product image sets
- Retouch and enhance product photography to ensure professional, accurate presentation
- Maintain consistency with Swing Design's existing product image styles, layouts, branding standards, and visual presentation
- Ensure all new product imagery aligns with established company design standards and visual guidelines
- Prepare and resize images according to platform-specific requirements
- Support new product launches by creating and updating product image assets
- Organize, maintain, and manage digital asset libraries and image archives
- Ensure product images accurately reflect product specifications, included accessories, and bundle contents
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to keep product content current and accurate
Customer Support
- Assist customers via email, phone, chat, and social media
- Help resolve order-related questions and customer inquiries
- Provide shipment tracking updates, order status updates, and general product information
- Escalate technical or complex issues to the appropriate team members
- Deliver a positive and professional customer experience
Qualifications & Skills
Required
- Experience creating product images for eCommerce websites or online marketplaces
- Proficiency in one or more design platforms including Photoshop, Canva, Affinity Designer, CorelDRAW, or similar graphic design software
- Strong image editing, photo retouching, and layout skills
- Ability to follow and maintain established brand and design standards
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong organizational and file management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
Preferred
- Experience with Shopify or other eCommerce platforms
- Experience creating images for Amazon, Walmart, or eBay listings
- Customer service experience in an eCommerce environment
- Familiarity with creative equipment such as sewing machines, laser engravers, 3D printers, vinyl cutters, printers, or crafting equipment
- Experience maintaining large digital asset libraries
- Experience working within established brand guidelines and visual systems
