Job Overview:
Pay Range $34hr - $39hr
Requirement/Must Have:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or related functions.
- 3+ years of experience in Manufacturing Project Management, Supply Chain or related discipline, preferably within the Medical Device industry.
- Working knowledge of SAP, Design Control process and Agile/Scaled Agile Framework concepts, PMP preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- A willingness to challenge the status quo and a passion to drive change.
Responsibilities:
- Lead operational launch readiness for the Near Patient Care Portfolio, from R&D launch decisions through manufacturing operations, Supply Chain and commercialization phases.
- Define the requirements for new product launch/lifecycle changes in alignment with relevant functions within Diagnostics Global Operations.
- Prepare and manage project plans for new product launches, lifecycle changes and product obsolescence.
- Coordinate and contribute to cross-functional launch/lifecycle teams and collaborate with stakeholders across the Group.
- Collaborate closely with Master Data experts and strive for continuous optimization, proactively identifying and removing roadblocks and risks.
- Determine launch/lifecycle change requirements, prepare and manage project plans/schedules for implementation, and identify and mitigate project risks under GxP guidelines.
- Contribute to cross-functional launch/lifecycle teams and collaborate with stakeholders to achieve launch milestones.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, analyze and prepare products for obsolescence / phase-out.
- Identify requirements for product variants, prepare product representations in SAP, including master data.
- Participate in strategic/special projects as needed.
