    Product Introduction (NPI) Manufacturing EngineerPosted: May 26 2026Relocation Assistance: AvailableJob Title: New Product Introduction (NPI) EngineerLocation: Miamisburg, OhioJob Type: Full-TimeCompensation: Base salary around $100K + bonus (flexible for the right candidate)We are seeking a hands‑on New Product Introduction (NPI) Engineer to support the launch and industrialization of new products within a high‑volume manufacturing environment. This role will bridge Product Engineering and Manufacturing by taking prototypes into full‑scale production through process development, validation, and launch execution. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented manufacturing environment and enjoy being heavily involved on the production floor rather than operating strictly from an office setting.Key Responsibilities:Lead APQP activities from Process Design through PPAP approvalDevelop and maintain:Process Flow DiagramsPFMEAsControl PlansStandard Work InstructionsOwn PPAP documentation and submission packagesExecute process validation activities including:Cp/Cpk studiesRun‑at‑RateProduction trialsMSA / Gage R&RCollaborate with Product Engineering on DFM/DFA reviewsSupport tooling, fixture, and workstation developmentAssist with process improvements and manufacturing optimization initiativesSupport transition from prototype builds into mass productionCoordinate with suppliers and cross‑functional teams to ensure successful launchesProvide technical support during early production ramp‑upQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related field47 years of manufacturing/process engineering experienceStrong experience with APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plans, SPC, Process validationExperience in high‑volume discrete manufacturing environmentsAbility to read and interpret GD&T drawingsStrong understanding of manufacturing process developmentHands‑on mindset with willingness to work directly on the production floorPreferred Experience:CNC machining or secondary manufacturing processesMetal manufacturing, extrusion, or tooling environmentsLean Manufacturing / Six Sigma experienceFixture or tooling design experienceCAD experience such as SolidWorksWhy is This a Great Opportunity:Excellent opportunity to join a rapidly growing high‑volume manufacturing organization where the NPI Engineer will play a critical role in bringing new products from prototype into full‑scale production.The company offers a highly visible and hands‑on environment where engineers are empowered to take ownership of projects, drive process improvements, and directly impact manufacturing performance and production efficiency.
