KORE1, a nationwide provider of staffing and recruiting solutions, has an immediate opening for Product Lead in Fort Lauderdale, FL.

Product Lead, OS

Build the operating system for patient-centered care

OS is the platform layer for modern care delivery. It brings together structured patient intake, longitudinal patient context, provider review, clinic and administrative operations, orders, prescriptions, commerce, platform APIs, analytics, support workflows, and applied AI/ML within one connected system.
Healthcare delivery is often fragmented: intake happens in one place, clinical review in another, order and prescription updates somewhere else, operations in spreadsheets, support in tickets, and analytics after the fact. OS brings these workflows together through unified patient context, clear processes for every role, durable platform foundations, and intelligent assistance that improves speed, quality, and safety.
We are hiring a Product Lead to own the OS roadmap across both product experiences and platform capabilities. This is a senior, hands-on leadership role for someone who can move comfortably between client conversations, patient and provider workflows, technical contracts, data models, operational edge cases, AI/ML release standards, and close collaboration with engineering and design.

Why This Role Matters

The core platform is live, the product surface is expanding, and the opportunity is to make the system more connected, patient-centered, operationally powerful, and intelligent.

This role will shape how the platform scales: how intake becomes useful clinical context, how providers and clinic teams manage their work, how orders and prescriptions are tracked, how clients understand performance, how APIs and permissions become stronger platform capabilities, and how applied AI/ML is responsibly introduced into high-consequence workflows.

The mandate is clear: turn a powerful care-delivery platform into a sharper, more unified operating system.

OS Roadmap:

Own the product roadmap across the full platform, including:
  • Patient intake, patient portal, and longitudinal patient context
  • Provider workflows, review queues, clinical decision-making, and safety review
  • Clinic and administrative operations, group management, permissions, and oversight
  • Orders, prescriptions, catalog, commerce, payments, promotions, and fulfillment handoffs
  • Platform APIs, integrations, auditability, data contracts, and status models
  • Analytics for operations, outcomes, quality, and performance
  • Applied AI/ML across intake, summarization, triage, drafting, operations, and decision-support context
You will establish priorities, make tradeoffs, sequence dependencies, and ensure the roadmap remains grounded in client value, patient impact, operational leverage, and engineering realities.

Platform Foundations

Define and protect the core building blocks of OS, including patients, intake, encounters, decisions, orders, prescriptions, catalog items, groups, roles, permissions, audit events, statuses, and AI artifacts.
Strong product leadership will make the platform simpler and more durable by turning repeated workflows into shared systems, edge cases into clearly defined states, and client-specific requests into reusable capabilities.

Client and User Discovery

Partner directly with clients, providers, clinic and administrative teams, operators, support, design, engineering, and leadership. You will observe real workflows, identify where care delivery breaks down, and translate those insights into meaningful product decisions.

Discovery should directly influence the roadmap. The goal is not simply to collect opinions, but to understand where the OS can create measurable value for patients, providers, clients, and internal teams.

Applied AI/ML Product Direction

AI/ML is a core part of the OS product strategy. Early opportunities include assisted intake summarization, missing-data detection, suggested triage priority, provider-facing drafting, operational intelligence, quality analytics, and decision-support context.

You will determine which use cases are worth pursuing, define what successful output looks like, establish how model-backed features are evaluated before launch, and determine how humans review or override results. You will also define how failures are handled and how performance is monitored after release.
Our standard is practical and rigorous: AI-supported features must be assistive, evaluated, observable, auditable, human-supervised, and suppressible when safety or confidence requirements are not met.

Product Execution and Specification Quality

Write clear product specifications that engineering and design can confidently execute. Strong specifications should include:
  • User goals and role-specific workflows
  • System states and API contracts
  • Validation behavior and data requirements
  • Audit and logging requirements
  • Internationalization requirements
  • Acceptance criteria
  • Rollout plans and release standards
For AI/ML-powered features, specifications should also define model inputs and outputs, evaluation criteria, red-team scenarios, confidence and fallback behavior, human-review experiences, monitoring requirements, and go/no-go thresholds.

Product Operating Cadence:

Maintain the product source of truth, including what is live, in progress, blocked, removed, dependent on other work, and considered complete.

Establish a clear written cadence that provides leadership, clients, and internal teams with visibility into decisions, tradeoffs, risks, dependencies, and progress.

What You Will Do:

  • Build and maintain the OS roadmap across patient, provider, clinic, administrative, order, prescription, commerce, API, analytics, operations, and AI/ML experiences.
  • Translate client, user, clinical, operational, and technical insights into clear product direction.
  • Partner with engineering on API contracts, schemas, state machines, validation behavior, performance, reliability, and integration boundaries.
  • Partner with design to create thoughtful workflows that reduce cognitive load and make complex care operations easier to navigate.
  • Prioritize the smallest valuable releases that strengthen the platform without creating long-term product debt.
  • Lead applied AI/ML product discovery and develop the first comprehensive AI/ML product requirements for Bond OS.
  • Define release standards for high-consequence workflows, including safety, auditability, permissions, internationalization, test coverage, and operational fallbacks.
  • Communicate roadmap priorities and tradeoffs to internal stakeholders and, when appropriate, strategic clients.
  • Establish the product discipline needed for a small, senior team to move quickly while maintaining a high standard of quality.

The Person Who Will Thrive Here:

You are a systems thinker with strong product judgment. You reason from first principles, communicate clearly, and turn ambiguity into a practical sequence of work. You are comfortable working deeply within workflows, APIs, data models, permissions, state machines, and edge cases.

You care about product quality because clarity creates operational leverage in healthcare software. Strong hierarchy, understandable states, thoughtful defaults, precise language, and reliable fallback processes matter. The best product decisions make the system easier to understand for patients, providers, operators, clients, and engineers.

You are also practical. You can maintain a broad platform vision while delivering small, high-quality releases. You know how to say yes through thoughtful sequencing and how to say no by clearly explaining tradeoffs. You are excited to work with a lean team while building something ambitious.

Experience We Value:

We care most about judgment, product taste, execution, and technical credibility. Strong candidates may bring a combination of the following:
  • Six or more years of product management or product leadership experience, ideally owning complex software from strategy through launch
  • Experience building platforms, SaaS products, healthcare technology, fintech, logistics, marketplaces, developer platforms, operational systems, commerce products, or other high-consequence software
  • Experience in healthcare, health technology, telehealth, pharmacy, electronic prescribing, care operations, or regulated data
  • Experience working directly with customers or strategic clients and translating their needs into scalable product capabilities
  • Technical fluency with API contracts, schemas, state machines, data models, permissions, validation, integrations, observability, and engineering tradeoffs
  • Strong written communication skills across product requirements, specifications, roadmap memos, technical decision documents, launch plans, and executive updates
  • Experience developing AI/ML products, particularly around evaluation, guardrails, human-in-the-loop experiences, model observability, red-teaming, drift monitoring, and responsible release processes
  • Familiarity with healthcare data standards such as FHIR, SDC, HL7, or LOINC
  • Experience working within a small or fast-moving team where sound product judgment mattered more than heavy process
  • A background in engineering, design, data, operations, clinical workflows, or technical product management

During Your First 90 Days:

  1. Develop a strong understanding of OS across patient, provider, clinic, administrative, order, prescription, commerce, API, analytics, operations, and AI/ML experiences.
  • Establish an accurate, well-sequenced product source of truth that is useful to the entire team.
  • Ship or materially advance one meaningful cross-platform initiative through the required quality standards.
  • Build a next-quarter roadmap with clear priorities, explicit tradeoffs, mapped dependencies, and measurable outcomes.
  • Develop a comprehensive plan for the first applied AI/ML capability, including its use case, evaluation set, guardrails, human review, logging, fallback behavior, monitoring, and launch criteria.
  • Help clients, users, engineers, designers, and leaders clearly understand how product decisions are improving the platform.

During Your First 12 Months:

  • OS feels more unified across patient, provider, administrative, operational, and client-facing workflows.
  • Intake reliably creates useful downstream context for care, operations, analytics, and AI/ML-assisted workflows.
  • Orders, prescriptions, statuses, and fulfillment handoffs are clearer and easier to act on.
  • The platform has stronger foundations for permissions, auditability, taxonomy, analytics, and operational visibility.
  • Applied AI/ML capabilities are in production or controlled rollout with evidence, oversight, and monitoring supporting them.
  • Strategic clients experience Bond OS as a more complete, connected, and extensible care-delivery platform.

How We Work:

  • Platform first: Product experiences should strengthen shared capabilities, contracts, workflows, and data.
  • Patient context is the foundation: Intake, decisions, orders, prescriptions, communications, outcomes, analytics, and AI/ML artifacts should contribute to a coherent patient record.
  • Small releases, high standards: Ship the smallest valuable release that improves the platform without lowering quality.
  • Contracts matter: API behavior, validation, permissions, audit logs, states, and data contracts are all part of the product.
  • AI/ML must earn exposure: Model-backed features launch with evaluation, guardrails, human oversight, observability, fallback behavior, and monitoring.
  • Written decisions create lasting value: Clear product writing keeps a lean team aligned and makes tradeoffs understandable and durable.
  • Craft creates leverage: The product should feel fast, clear, safe, and intentional under real operational pressure.

Hiring Process:

  • Introductory conversation focused on platform scope, product judgment, and overall fit
  • Product leadership conversation covering roadmaps, tradeoffs, and client and user discovery
  • Technical product conversation focused on APIs, data models, workflow states, and execution quality
  • Paid work sample or case discussion based on a redacted OS scenario
  • Final leadership conversation
