Serve as the front-line sales representative responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, developing, and converting business opportunities across a diverse customer base. Build strong customer relationships through regular engagement, effective expectation management, and participation in trade shows, seminars, and similar industry events. Promote PIP Global Safety products through technical presentations and customer education, while maintaining accurate opportunity tracking and reporting in the CRM system. Provide competitive market intelligence, monitor industry trends, and contribute demand forecasts to support the Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning (SIOP) process.

This is a fully remote position based in Poland, with extensive travel across the Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) region.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Attend trade shows, seminars & events
  • Visit Endusers from key industrial sectors and key specialists distributors
  • Territorial scope of the CEE Region - including Poland, Lithuania, Czech, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, and Balkan States
  • Attend Online meetings via Microsoft Teams
  • Win new Key Accounts with existing & reliable enduser network in the PPE sector
  • Campaign Management
  • Customer Reporting in CRM
  • Develop account plans to increase sales revenue in line with customer growth targets.
  • Develop existing Key Endusers
  • Drive brand preference with end users.
  • Lead complex contract negotiations
  • Co-ordinate supply chain with in matrix organization
  • Coordinate and manage pricing with aenduser and functional groups

CORE SKILLS/COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS

  • Min. 5 years experiences as KAM or Sales Rep in the PPE industry sector - experience manage gloves business will be appreciate
  • Existing HSE end-user network at Key Accounts , Distributors at CEE Region
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills, both verbal and written in English
