Product Lifecycle Engineer III - Plymouth, MNMarch 20, 2026Salary Range: $87,400.00 To $103,740.00 AnnuallyWhat You Will DoThe Product Lifecycle Engineer supports active products throughout their entire lifecycle, ensuring they meet production, quality, and customer performance expectations. In this role, you will assist with Form‑Fit‑Function (FFF) evaluations, manufacturing process improvements, product design optimizations, and initiatives that improve operational efficiency and reduce mean time to resolution (MTTR). You will collaborate closely with Operations, R&D, Product Management, and other cross‑functional teams to drive continuous improvement, maintain product reliability, and optimize material usage.This position requires strong analytical skills, practical problem‑solving abilities, and a data‑driven approach to evaluating solutions and recommending improvements. You will contribute to sustaining engineering activities, production support, and enhancing internal processes, documentation, and testing standards.
