Job Summary:
The Product Lifecycle Manager (PLM) / Product Manager serves as the owner of the Company's manufacturing master data throughout the entire product lifecycle within the ERP system. This role is responsible for developing, maintaining, and continuously improving Bills of Operations (BOOs), Methods of Manufacturing (MOMs), routings, manufacturing workflows, and product revisions that drive production, costing, inventory management, and Material Requirements Planning (MRP). Acting as the central liaison between Engineering, Operations, Finance, Purchasing, and Plant Leadership, the PLM ensures the integrity of manufacturing data while analyzing production metrics, inventory performance, labor and conversion standards, and manufacturing KPIs to support operational efficiency and informed business decisions across all products and all locations.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Provide leadership, direction, and technical guidance cross-functional team members involved in product data management, engineering changes, BOM/BOO/MOM maintenance, and ERP/MRP processes.

The base salary for this position is $110,000 - $125,000 (Plus Profit-Sharing Bonus + Stock (ESOP))
