Position/ Job Title:Product Coordinator Department:Sales Classification:Salary Reports To:Product Manager 4 The Product Coordinator is expected to work independently and play a key role in supporting sales and operations planning. This position is responsible for gathering and coordinating customer, product, and market information to help Product Managers develop and analyze both new and existing business opportunities against forecasts and business plans. The Product Coordinator will assist Product Managers with reporting, pricing, market and customer segmentation, facility loading, and product development targets. Strong knowledge of systems and reporting-particularly those related to market analysis, internal pricing and costing, and competitor capabilities-is essential for success in this role. 6

Candidates must be prepared to provide prompt after-hours and weekend support as needed. A professional appearance and demeanor are essential, along with strong skills in both electronic and verbal communication.
