Pay Range: The pay range for this job is $62000 - $95935 annually; actual pay is dependent on experience and geographic location.

POSITION OVERVIEW

From design concept handoff to product approved for production, support the product development team in creating and executing product strategies, ensuring optimal value in terms of product quality, pricing, and timelines.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist Sr. Associate/Manager and sourcing offices to build TNA plans, and analyze the informatioin to ensure that timing associated with fabric, production, and logistics are in line. •Ability to analyze TNA and optimize raw material positioning opportunities. •Sourcing Configuration in GFE / PLM / o9 •Upload OTBs into GFE •Pull seasonal budgets to monitor updates in GFE ie units on a weekly basis •MOQ - work with CFT partners to ensure mins are met and adhered prior to OTB. System accuracy check. •Manage the surcharge exceptions. Cost Management: Ensure cost sheets are submitted in PLM meeting milestone calendar (Flash/Board Review, Proto, SRS, Bulk). •Support in costing activities based on analysis of past production strategies; provide upfront visibility to component costs that negatively impacts margin goals prior to seasonal adoption. •FLASH, PROTO, GIL, FINAL Cost flag in PLM/GFE - ensure all cost is accurate (no errors) and verified prior to flag. •Cost BOM Snapshot for all non-hko vendors •GIL, FINAL Cost flag in PLM/GFE Chase & Reconciliation/Rebalancing Management: Support Production Team in adhering to Chase, Reconciliation/Rebalancing Playbook calendar milestones. •Partners with internal and external partners to ensure accuracy in data and timelines are adhered. •Update chart ie OTBs, delivery communication, cost updates •OTB management for all "non PO" materials confirmed to chase (recon) Bulk & SRS PO Creation/Management in GFE/PLM/SAP/o9: •Lock & export SRS/Bulk units and send GFE download to vendors •Send PIRS & PRS to parties responsible for creating POs. •SRS management with sourcing/vendors. Utilize SRS PODs to review status. Learn issues and mitigation that may prevent on time arrival. •Track and check in SRS
• Help manage & maintain organized information for samples, production calendars, deliveries, open issues, WIP charts, and internal tracking systems.

Technical Documentation & Systems • Create and maintain BOMs and PLM tech packs for Mainline and PFS collections • Exposure and support of development costing w/ management. • Update and track development information in PLM "Proto Tracker" and Airtable • Maintain specific trim charts and documentation ie submits, approvals • Support SRS updates in partnership with Production team. Includes sample check in and tracking. • Data Entry - support team with all development record keeping • BOM Complete management • Sustainability Ensurance - coordinate with RM team to ensure sustainabiity process is met ie hangtags, documentation, etc. Cross-Functional Support • Assist with daily communication between Design, Production, and Merchandising teams • Support sample tracking and distribution with Merchandising team • Coordinate between Technical Design, Design, RM, and Wash teams for line changes ie BOM updates, fitting follow ups to ensure on time approvals to adhere deadlines for on time SRS del/OTB • Attend and document fittings as needed • Support showroom sample management Development & Production Support • Track development fit protos and maintain records till SRS complete • Track & monitor to ensure submits are sent and received as planned for on time approvals to adhere deadlines for on time SRS del/OTB - ie wash, emb, pp, embelishments, artwork, prints, lab dips, etc • Raise challenges and escalate delays & concerns to manager that will impact approvals for on time SRS del/OTB • Ensure accurate technical package distribution to vendors. Adhere to Line Sheet playbook process and monitor manage the date stamp in PLM -> PD complete, Design Handoff • Support factory communications alongside manager • Assist in trim development tracking with sourcing offices • Attend trim meetings to ensure BOM accuracy
