Position Summary 

We are currently looking for a Lead Cobrand Account Manager to join the Products Team. This role will serve as the primary partner-facing lead for Credit One Bank’s strategic and co-brand credit card partners. This officer-level role is ideal for someone with experience in third-party partner management, business relationship growth, and delivering synergistic value across organizations. A strong candidate demonstrates executive presence, excellent communication skills, exceptional organizational and planning capabilities, and a strategic mindset for driving program growth. The Products Team is responsible for growing Credit One Bank’s credit card portfolio by developing innovative offerings and strategic partnerships that expand customer reach across the credit spectrum. In this role, you'll report directly to the Vice President of Product Management and will play a critical role in shaping and driving the long-term vision for partnerships by driving profitability, program growth, and flawless execution.

 Summary of Essential Job Functions

• Serve as the primary point of contact for partners in your portfolio as well as being the internal champion representing partner interests across the Credit One organization. 
• Develop and execute account growth plans, manage forecasts, and track KPIs throughout the program lifecycle, with the goal of increasing cobrand payment share. 
• Serve as a strategic advisor by developing a comprehensive understanding of the partner’s business strategy, organizational priorities, and measures of success to strengthen alignment, inform decision-making, and create long-term value. 
• Recognize where existing partnerships do not meet expectations by leveraging data and assessing KPIs to recommend and implement changes and/or enhancements to drive growth and profitability. 
• Conduct competitive analysis and stay informed on regulatory, technological, and consumer behavior trends impacting the credit card space. 
• Make actionable recommendations based on insights from product performance, strategy, future initiatives, and strategic goals. 
• Extensive expertise in preparing and delivering high-impact presentations to senior executives. 
• Develop and maintain a multi-year program roadmap that aligns with organizational growth goals and evolving market trends. 
• Able to build good relationships and collaborate with key stakeholders across the Bank in Finance, Risk, Fraud, and Marketing to ensure flawless delivery of testing initiatives and roll outs. 
• Ensure the timely coordination and completion of project plans, budget, contract renewals, etc. 

Position Requirements 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field.  
• 5+ years experience in business development, partnerships, account management, or related field. 
• Ability to quickly assimilate and analyze large amounts of information. 
• Sufficient self-confidence and ability to propose new ideas and solutions. 
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio). 

Preferred

• Advanced degree 
• Experience in the consumer credit card industry, banking, or payment networks
