Job Summary (List Format):
- Own and drive the product strategy, vision, and roadmap for digital products, journeys, or feature sets from conception to delivery.
- Manage the digital product portfolio with accountability for customer experience, business outcomes, and value delivery.
- Lead customer discovery and research to identify high-impact opportunities and keep customer needs central to decision-making.
- Translate business priorities into a clear product backlog, creating user stories and acceptance criteria for Agile teams.
- Guide trade-off, roadmap, and release decisions by balancing user needs, business priorities, technical feasibility, and dependencies.
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams including Developers, UX/UI Designers, Analytics, and business stakeholders.
- Lead the refinement and execution of product outcomes that improve both customer and business results.
- Use data, testing, and performance metrics to define success, measure outcomes, and continuously optimize digital experiences.
- Communicate product vision, roadmap, progress, and trade-offs clearly to stakeholders via planning and sprint review sessions.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for digital product capabilities and best practices, aligning teams on business processes and priorities.
- Collaborate across functions to drive process improvements and scalable digital solutions, challenging legacy approaches.
- Promote strong product management and Agile practices, fostering team collaboration, clarity, and disciplined decision-making.
- Embrace and apply new technologies and emerging market trends to address complex challenges.
- Requires a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
- 2-5 years' experience in digital product management, Agile development, and leading end-to-end product lifecycle.
- Proven ability to conduct customer research, develop journey maps/personas, and apply design thinking.
- Experience with Scrum or Kanban product management models, UX/UI principles, and familiarity with OKRs.
