Job Summary:
This role is responsible for defining and executing the strategic vision for intelligent agent operations, ensuring scalability and compliance across various platforms. You will manage the development of both internal automation tools and external agent management capabilities, translating complex business needs into actionable platform features, APIs, and governance frameworks. The ideal candidate will drive the end-to-end product lifecycle, balancing technical innovation with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define platform vision and strategy

  • Translate business needs into technical capabilities

  • Manage internal workflow automation

  • Oversee external agent management

  • Establish platform governance and observability

Must-Have Skills:

  • Product management experience in AI/agent platforms

  • Proven track record in platform product management

  • Ability to deliver in B2B and B2C environments

Industry Experience:
  • Experience in developing and managing AI-driven platforms, particularly within conversational AI and agent management domains, is highly valued.
