Job Summary:
We are seeking a Product Manager - Media Platform to drive the delivery and execution of media platform capabilities supporting owned, paid, and earned marketing channels across enterprise retail brands. The ideal candidate will have experience in product management, marketing technology (MarTech), campaign management, and Agile delivery, working closely with Engineering, CRM, Analytics, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable media platform solutions that improve customer engagement and campaign performance.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Own end-to-end delivery of media platform features from roadmap through production release.
  • Write product features, define epics, prioritize backlog, and support quarterly planning.
  • Partner with Engineering to deliver campaign automation, personalization, and media platform enhancements.
  • Track feature delivery, identify risks, and communicate project status to stakeholders.
  • Measure platform performance using campaign execution, delivery, and engagement KPIs.
  • Collaborate with CRM, Analytics, and cross-functional teams to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Support continuous improvement of media platform capabilities and product roadmap execution.
Must-have Skills:
  • 3–5 years of Product Management experience in Marketing Technology (MarTech), Media Platforms, Campaign Management, or Digital Products.
  • Experience managing Agile product delivery, feature prioritization, and backlog management.
  • Understanding of owned media channels including Email, SMS, and Push Notifications.
  • Experience working with Engineering teams to deliver scalable platform capabilities.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Experience defining product requirements, epics, and delivery roadmaps.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Nice-to-have Skills:
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, or similar marketing automation platforms.
  • Familiarity with campaign personalization, audience segmentation, and A/B testing.
  • Experience with media performance analytics, attribution, and campaign reporting.
  • Retail, eCommerce, or omnichannel customer experience background.
  • Experience working with CRM, customer lifecycle, or digital marketing platforms.
