Job Summary:
This role involves leading the strategic development and enhancement of a high-traffic corporate website, focusing on platform capabilities and user experience. You will leverage data and customer insights to identify opportunities and drive new features, including those powered by AI. The position requires close collaboration with various internal and external teams to deliver impactful digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive the evolution of website platform capabilities.
- Identify new features and experiences using data and insights.
- Assess market opportunities for audience growth.
- Partner with teams for product research and testing.
- Create business cases for roadmap prioritization.
Must-Have Skills:- 3-5+ years of product management experience.
- Working knowledge of GenAI/LLM product patterns.
- Cross-functional collaboration with design and engineering.
Industry Experience:
Experience in digital product management for large corporate websites is required, with a strong preference for familiarity with personalization platforms and conversational AI technologies.
