Product Manager 3413-1

BlueWave is hiring a Product Manager for a hospitality and entertainment client based in Florida. This role will lead an employee-facing inventory management product supporting food and beverage operations, translating business needs into clear requirements while maintaining system reliability and data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Manage the product roadmap, backlog, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Lead enhancements through development, testing, release, and post-launch support.
• Monitor system performance, operational usage, and data integrity.
• Partner with engineering and business teams to evaluate dependencies, risks, and priorities.
• Communicate requirements, progress, and realistic expectations to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Four to six years of product management or related technology experience.
• Experience managing operational products throughout the full lifecycle.
• Experience with Agile delivery and product management tools.
• Strong technical understanding, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication across technical and business teams.
• Food and beverage inventory management experience strongly preferred.
• AI productivity tool experience strongly preferred.
• Hospitality, experience management, or travel technology experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent professional experience.

Employment Type: Full-Time, 22-month contract in Florida
