Your Role

Our Digital Sales team is reimagining our shopping experiences to help consumers understand, select, and enroll in health insurance more easily.

We're looking for a product consultant who operates at the intersection of digital marketing, analytics, and product strategy—able to translate user behavior and market trends into clear insights, compelling visualizations, and actionable recommendations.

The Product Manager, Consultant will report to the Manager of Digital Product Management for Consumer Acquisition.

Your Work

To succeed in this role, you will need to consistently demonstrate the following.

 

EXECUTION

  • Write detailed user stories and acceptance criteria covering multiple user-types
  • Support fellow product managers across the team, particularly during Open Enrollment and other critical delivery periods
  • Participate and engage in agile ceremonies; facilitate those required for product artifacts as they support product outcomes
  • Utilize product management tools to create, manage, and prioritize agile team backlog

 

COMMUNICATION

  • Create and deliver clear and compelling presentations to the appropriate audience
  • Collaborate and ensure alignment with vendors partners for product outcomes.
  • Independently convey product strategy clearly through written and verbal communication

 

STRATEGY AND LEADERSHIP

  • Define, analyze, and monitor product‐level KPIs to assess experience performance, identify gaps, and inform iterative improvements
  • Partner closely with UX to inform research, testing, and design decisions that result in intuitive, high‐quality consumer experiences.
  • Lead a data‐driven approach to shaping consumer shopping experiences that measurably drive acquisition and retention outcomes

 

MEASURABILITY

  • Utilize tools for web analytics to inform product decisions and show measurable outcomes of product releases
  • Provide detailed data analysis and ensure that proper user tracking is implemented throughout our web properties
  • Report findings with data visualizations that are compelling and easy to understand
