Our organization is currently seeking a Product Manager. A successful candidate will be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required: - Collaborates cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Operations to understand unmet customer needs and identify opportunities where Adrian can make a substantial customer and business impact. Communicates product priorities, trade-offs, and recommendations clearly, escalating risks and misalignment as needed to support informed decision-making.
- Identifies unmet customer needs and market opportunities and translates insights into a clear, prioritized product roadmap. Champions new ideas through validation, prototyping, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver differentiated, customer-focused solutions.
- Accountable for product-level cost targets, balancing features, materials, and complexity to meet margin objectives while supporting customer value. Works closely with Engineering, Supply Chain, and Operations to make cost-informed trade-offs throughout the product lifecycle.
- Defines product quality expectations based on customer use cases and ensures requirements are clearly communicated and validated. Monitors feedback and performance metrics and drives corrective actions to improve product reliability and customer satisfaction.
- Responsible for product launch planning to support company growth initiatives through effective cross-functional alignment and acceptance. Coordinates with key stakeholders to ensure readiness and commitment to launch timelines.
- Drives ongoing product and process improvements by leveraging data, customer feedback, and post-launch learnings. Ensures products evolve to remain competitive and valuable over time.
- Understands the product's role within Adrian's portfolio and supports the execution of a clear product vision. Aligns near-term roadmap priorities with customer value and company strategy.
- Understands how product decisions impact revenue, margin, and customer value. Supports business performance through informed prioritization and product tradeoffs.
- Manages assigned products through launch and post-launch refinement. Applies customer feedback and performance data to guide incremental product improvements.

Education required for this role: - Bachelor's degree in engineering preferred; company will consider a combination of education and experience
- 3-8 years of engineering design experience
- Product management, product engineering, product design, innovation, industrial, or product development experience required
- Proficient in Microsoft applications
