We are seeking a Product Manager to support an internal AI-powered assistant platform that is a core part of a growing portfolio of AI-driven products. This role focuses on delivering intelligent tools that enhance decision-making, improve user efficiency, and modernize operational workflows.
This position sits at the intersection of product, data, and business operations, requiring a strong ability to translate complex needs into intuitive, high-impact product experiences.
Role Overview
The Product Manager is responsible for driving execution of the product vision and strategy. This individual will develop deep expertise in user needs, acting as the voice of the customer to ensure solutions deliver measurable value.
Success in this role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with the ability to navigate ambiguity, align stakeholders, and deliver outcomes in a fast-evolving AI landscape.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Execution
- Execute against the product vision and roadmap, aligning with broader enterprise objectives
- Break down complex operational problems into clear product opportunities and deliverables
- Define and prioritize features based on user needs, business value, and technical feasibility
- Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery through delivery and iteration
User-Centered Product Development
- Develop a deep understanding of users through research, feedback loops, and usage data
- Serve as the voice of the customer, ensuring product decisions are grounded in real user workflows
- Design intuitive user experiences that improve efficiency, usability, and adoption
- Continuously measure and optimize user satisfaction, engagement, and productivity
AI-Enabled Product Development
- Partner with engineering and data teams to translate AI capabilities into usable product features
- Help define use cases for AI-assisted workflows such as search, summarization, insights generation, and decision support
- Ensure responsible and effective use of AI, including explainability, trust, and alignment with business standards
- Stay current on advancements in AI and identify opportunities to incorporate them into the roadmap
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner cross-functionally with engineering, data, and business stakeholders to define requirements and deliver solutions
- Facilitate alignment across technical and non-technical stakeholders in a matrixed environment
- Communicate product vision, priorities, and progress clearly to leadership and partner teams
Delivery & Continuous Improvement
- Translate requirements into actionable user stories and deliverables
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release planning
- Track product performance using data and analytics to inform enhancements
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement and outcome-based delivery
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in data-driven or platform-based products
- Experience delivering products in complex, enterprise environments
- Strong ability to translate business and user needs into clear product requirements
- Experience working closely with engineering and data teams in Agile environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to inform decisions
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with AI/ML or GenAI-enabled products (LLMs, NLP, search, or recommendation systems)
- Experience in regulated, compliance-driven, or complex operational environments
- Experience building internal enterprise tools or platforms
- Exposure to large-scale data environments and analytics-driven products
- Experience working in highly matrixed organizations
