Role Summary
The Product Manager will serve as a key connector between business, technology, and user experience, ensuring solutions align with organizational goals and customer needs. This role plays a critical part in shaping product strategy and delivering measurable outcomes through data driven insights.

You will lead product planning cycles, collaborate with cross functional teams, and own product execution from ideation through delivery. The role requires balancing analytics, business priorities, and user experience to continuously enhance product performance and impact.

Key Responsibilities
• Act as the central point of alignment across business, engineering, and user experience teams
• Own and manage the product roadmap, identifying gaps and opportunities for enhancement
• Lead quarterly planning cycles and ensure alignment on priorities and timelines
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define product requirements and execute business objectives
• Translate business needs into actionable user stories and manage backlog in Jira
• Use SQL and analytics tools to evaluate product performance and uncover insights
• Apply retail and financial metrics such as margin, conversion, and velocity to guide decisions
• Drive product lifecycle from concept through launch and continuous iteration

Key Requirements
• Up to 3 years of experience in product management or a related role such as business or data analysis
• Strong proficiency in SQL with the ability to write queries and analyze datasets
• Experience working with data platforms such as BigQuery or similar tools
• Hands on experience with Jira including backlog management and user story creation
• Proven ability to own and contribute to a product roadmap
• Understanding of business metrics and data driven decision making
• Strong problem solving and analytical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities across cross functional teams
