Key Responsibilities
Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, UX, data, and research to build impactful products.
Own and drive the product vision, roadmap, and go-to-market strategy for platforms serving B2C and B2B segments.
Launch and scale machine learning (ML) and data-driven tools to improve underwriting, risk, and customer experience.
Conduct customer interviews and market research to ensure strong product-market fit.
Design and present compelling product demos, webinars, and internal documentation to engage stakeholders.
Build and refine customer journey maps and lifecycle frameworks for targeted personalization.
Collaborate with internal teams to align product features with evolving customer needs and behaviors.
Analyze KPIs and customer engagement metrics to drive continuous improvement and retention.
Who You Are
Minimum 10 years of experience in Product or Program Management.
