Description

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

Product Management Expertise:

  • Develop Product vision and strategy for Supply chain analytics products that improve planning, sourcing, Inventory and Demand-Supply matching
  • Translate business problems into analytics product requirements: data sources, metrics, models, dashboards, ML features, user workflows and operational integrations.
  • Prioritize roadmap items using business value, ROI, data readiness, technical complexity, and risk.
  • Manage and Own end-to-end product lifecycle: discovery, requirements, design, build, test, release, adoption and continuous improvement.
  • Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams (Data Engineering,Data science etc).
  • Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and tools like TFS, Jira or Confluence.
  • Expertise in creating project roadmaps, setting milestones, and managing risks/issues.

Key Skills:

  • Domain knowledge: supply chain processes (demand planning, S&OP, inventory optimization, procurement, logistics, manufacturing).
  • Analytics fluency: data modeling, ML concepts, forecasting, optimization, causal inference and experiment design.
  • Technical understanding: data engineering fundamentals, APIs, deployment patterns, cloud platforms and common BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or Looker) and SQL.
  • Experience working with large datasets, ETL processes, and data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery).
  • Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Supply Chain Domain Knowledge:

  • Strong grasp of supply chain processes, including inventory management, procurement, and logistics.
  • Ability to define and track supply chain-specific KPIs and metrics.

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Define product vision and multi-quarter roadmap for supply chain analytics products (forecasting, inventory optimization, S&OP decision-support, replenishment, supplier analytics).
  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand reporting requirements.
  • Build and maintain Tableau dashboards that offer actionable insights.
  • Monitor data quality and ensure the accuracy and consistency of reporting.
  • Optimize and automate reporting processes for scalability.
  • Proven track record of handling large datasets and delivering analytics solutions.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Current PMP or PgMP certifications
  • Current Agile/Scrum (e.g., CSM, SAFe) certifications
  • Experience with cloud technologies
  • Experience working with all levels from individual contributor to senior leadership
  • Experience leading multi-year, multi-million-dollar programs
  • Experience with data ecosystems

Base Salary Range : $120,000 to $135,000 Per Annum
