Job Description:
- Client is engaging a contract Product Manager to help drive our Supplier Payments Plus (SPP) product.
- On this engagement you will support the end-to-end product experience that helps businesses get paid faster and more efficiently by their client Payers.
- Your work turns the complexity of supplier payments into simple, scalable workflows that help finance teams receive payments with confidence, powered by AI.
- In this role, you will plug into an existing SPP roadmap and own defined workstreams from discovery through delivery, partnering with cross-functional teams to ship measurable improvements.
- You will turn customer needs, supplier feedback, and product data into a focused set of deliverables, balancing the speed of a test & learn approach with the sophistication and usability client is known for.
- Success looks like shipped capabilities, step change adoption and enrollment across suppliers, with revenue impact, anchored by AI native experiences that deliver real insight and automation where it matters most.
- This is a fixed-term contract engagement. We are looking for a full-time.
Responsibilities:
- Support the roadmap and priorities for Supplier Payments Plus, looking across the entire supplier payment experience enrollment, payment method selection, execution, and reconciliation rather than optimizing any single step in isolation.
- Help prioritize and sequence SPP initiatives, cutting through complexity to the core problem worth solving and balancing opportunity size, operational lift, and speed to ship.
- Drive discovery-to-delivery execution on assigned workstreams as a connective force across engineering, design, data, finance, payments operations, supplier enablement, and go-to-market.
- Deliver capabilities such as supplier enrollment and matching improvements, and AI powered invoice enrichment and payment optimization, in service of an end-to-end experience that feels simple to the customer.
- Monitor enrollment, adoption, activation, retention, and payment volume to inform data driven decisions, staying focused on the signals that matter most and iterating accordingly.
We'd love to chat if you have:
- Depth in B2B financial workflows such as payments, AP automation, or accounting software.
- Experience shipping payments or fintech products, and embedding AI into product workflows, with clear judgment on where it drives real user value.
- Fluency in the operational and economic tradeoffs of payment methods and how they affect buyers, suppliers, and the platform.
- A track record of shipping complex product work on a defined timeline and aligning stakeholders across functions.

- A holistic, experience-first mindset: you naturally zoom out to the full user journey and identify where the real friction lives, not just the nearest symptom.
- A collaborative operating style that earns trust quickly and brings partners across functions along with you, especially valuable when ramping fast as a contractor.
- The ability to cut through noise and get to the core problem, then communicate it simply strength in framework-driven prioritization and executive-ready product communication.
- Experience partnering with payment providers, card networks, or banks to launch or scale payment capabilities.
- Comfort operating in ambiguity, ramping quickly, and creating clarity within a defined engagement scope.
