Responsibilities
Engage in product planning activities, including business requirement clarification, product requirement definition, data analysis, use-case research, and workflow specification.
Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and operations teams to align development schedules, experimental tests, and feature delivery.
Conduct data-driven user research and usability testing and communicating with upstream/downstream teams to collect business intelligence, information, and feedback to support recommendation for the Customer Service Platform.
Define product roadmap for seller finance and settlement-related service workflow.
Prepare product documentation, including PRDs, data field mapping, functional logic definition, and acceptance criteria.
Monitor product performance metrics to support ongoing evaluation of platform tools.
Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends, identifying opportunities for innovation and integration to enhance product capabilities and business value.
Qualifications
Must have a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Business Management, Quantitative Management, Analytics (any), or a related field, and 1 year of related work experience; OR a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Business Management, Quantitative Management, Analytics (any), or a related field, and 3 years of related work experience.
Of the required experience, must have 1 year of experience in each of the following:
Project management, including collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement data-driven business strategies;
Conducting user research, competitor analysis, and market science analysis, including interviewing customers, gathering survey questionnaires, and designing UX surveys to validate and analyze customers' needs and transforming them into product requirements;
Analyzing data related to user behavior, model performance, or revenue impact to identify potential improvement of a product, and designing user adoption funnel to detect user journey frictions;
Interfacing directly with business leaders and stakeholders to present product or project documents, including strategy, timeline, and status documents; and
Utilizing Product Opportunity Evaluation Matrix and Customer Journey Map to analyze customer requirements.
Travel Requirement: Domestic and international travel required up to 20%.
