As the Product Manager - Data Development & Operations, you will lead a high-performing team delivering key outcomes on Best Buy's enterprise roadmap to migrate analytics and data platforms to Google Cloud. In this role, you'll shape strategy, prioritize initiatives, and help retire on‑premise data warehousing systems to enable scalable, cloud-based analytics. You'll work in a collaborative, agile environment that values experimentation, learning, and inclusive leadership. If you're passionate about data, technology, and delivering meaningful business impact, this role offers the opportunity to make a difference at enterprise scale.

This role is hybrid, which means you will work some days at our corporate office in Richfield, Minnesota, and some days virtually from home or another non-Best Buy location. The specific work arrangements vary by role and team. The recruiter or hiring manager will provide more details during the hiring process.

What you'll do
  • Define and evolve a clear product vision and outcomes aligned to Best Buy's enterprise analytics and cloud migration strategy
  • Translate business strategy into product strategy, value increments, and product specifications that deliver customer and business value
  • Lead and influence cross-functional teams across data warehousing, cloud, engineering, and business partners within a matrixed organization
  • Prioritize initiatives and feature delivery using data, customer insights, industry trends, and emerging technologies
  • Champion customer needs by applying empathy, building trust, and ensuring solutions solve real problems
  • Participate in day-to-day product activities, driving high-quality outcomes through rapid development cycles
