Location: Philadelphia, PA (Hybrid on-site 1day/week)Seeking a Digital Product Manager to support the transformation of a digital Help & Support experience. This role will own backlog management, requirements gathering, and roadmap execution while partnering with senior product leaders, UX, and engineering teams to deliver customer-focused digital solutions.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of Product Management or Product Owner experience
- 4+ years managing backlogs, requirements, user stories, and Agile product delivery processes
- Experience supporting customer-facing web or mobile applications
- Strong ability to translate business objectives into actionable product requirements
- Experience working closely with UX, Design, and Engineering teams
Responsibilities:- Own backlog creation, grooming, prioritization, and requirements development for customer-facing digital experiences
- Partner with UX, Research, Engineering, Analytics, and Operations teams to deliver roadmap initiatives and feature enhancements
- Leverage customer feedback, research findings, and performance metrics to identify opportunities for continuous improvement
