ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Product Manager, Digital Marketing is a highly technical, strategic role responsible for bridging CRM and Loyalty business teams with Platform Engineering. This role owns the strategy, capability roadmap, and operational integrity of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) platform.
The Product Manager ensures the platform is scalable, reliable, and aligned to business outcomes while partnering closely with Solution Architecture and Production Support teams. This role exists to close the gap between platform capability and business execution, ensuring measurable business impact.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Drive the Platform Roadmap
- Own the Salesforce Marketing Cloud roadmap — defining and prioritizing the capabilities that fuel growth and deeper customer engagement
- Turn big-picture business needs into crisp user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria for journey orchestration, personalization, and automation
- Collaborate with engineering on the platform standards, guardrails, and best practices that keep execution sharp and consistent
- Keep platform capabilities in lockstep with a fast-evolving business
Lead Across Teams, Drive Alignment
- Be the go-to connector between CRM, Loyalty, and Platform Engineering
- Turn big business goals into crisp product requirements and a prioritized backlog
- Partner with Solution Architecture to shape implementation approaches that work
- Rally technical and non-technical stakeholders around a shared vision
Champion Data & Platform Integrity
- Own the end-to-end data flow strategy across the entire Marketing Cloud ecosystem
- Champion data quality, sharp segmentation logic, and pinpoint personalization accuracy
- Set the standard for governance around data usage, privacy, and compliance
- Evaluate and explore new platform capabilities, including AI-driven personalization
- Spot opportunities to boost marketing performance through data and automation
- Drive continuous improvements that make the platform faster, smarter, and more scalable
Optimize Campaigns That Perform
- Support the full campaign lifecycle — from strategy to execution to analysis
- Collaborate with partners to develop and run A/B testing frameworks that sharpen every send
- Prioritize deliverability and sender reputation like it's mission-critical — because it is
- 5+ years of Product Management experience — you know how to ship
- A natural at stakeholder management across technical and business teams
- A proven ability to turn business needs into scalable, real-world solutions
- Fluent in Agile/Scrum, backlog management, and juggling shifting priorities
- Sharp understanding of customer lifecycle marketing and segmentation
- The rare gift of making complex technical ideas click for business audiences
- Hands-on Digital Marketing platform experience, with a strong grasp of customer lifecycle marketing and segmentation
- Familiarity with CRM systems, loyalty programs, and CDPs
- Comfort working across cloud platforms, APIs, and enterprise data ecosystems
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications
- Experience with AI-driven marketing tools and advanced personalization
- A background in retail, e-commerce, or loyalty programs
- Experience supporting global platforms

The pay range for this role is $110,000-$150,000/yr USD.
