Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and optimization of customer-facing digital experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2C eCommerce platforms, digital product management, customer experience optimization, and data-driven decision-making. Experience within the travel industry is highly preferred.
This role will partner closely with business stakeholders, UX teams, engineering teams, and analytics teams to deliver innovative digital solutions that drive customer engagement, conversion, and business growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and execute product strategy aligned with business objectives and OKRs.
Act as the voice of the customer, leveraging qualitative and quantitative data to identify customer needs, behaviors, and opportunities.
Lead product discovery efforts, including user research, competitive analysis, and stakeholder alignment.
Manage product roadmaps, prioritization, scope, timelines, and budget throughout the product lifecycle.
Collaborate with UX, engineering, marketing, analytics, and business teams to deliver high-impact customer experiences.
Drive continuous optimization through experimentation, A/B testing, and analytics-driven insights.
Monitor product performance and customer engagement metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
Ensure alignment between customer needs, business goals, and technical capabilities.
5+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner.
Significant experience managing B2C customer-facing eCommerce websites.
Experience with Headless or Hybrid CMS platforms.
Strong understanding of customer experience, digital commerce, and online consumer behavior.
Experience developing product roadmaps and leading cross-functional teams.
Ability to translate business goals into actionable product requirements and deliverables.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
Experience with Adobe Target for experimentation and personalization.
Experience with Adobe Analytics or comparable analytics platforms.
Travel industry eCommerce experience strongly preferred.
