Why you should join our team as a Product Manager:

As a Product Manager at weBoost, you'll have the opportunity to shape the technology and systems that power our digital commerce business. This role offers a unique combination of strategic product ownership and hands-on problem-solving, allowing you to drive meaningful improvements across eCommerce, inventory management, fulfillment, and digital operations. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, leverage cutting-edge software and AI tools, and play a key role in scaling the business through automation and innovation. If you enjoy building solutions, improving processes, and seeing the direct impact of your work on business growth, this is an opportunity to make a lasting difference while growing your product leadership career.

Areas of Responsibility

  • Own the product roadmap and technology strategy for weBoost's digital commerce ecosystem, including ecommerce platforms, marketplaces, analytics, and operational systems.
  • Partner with digital sales, engineering, design, and external vendors to prioritize, define, and deliver scalable technology solutions that support business growth and improve customer experience.
  • Serve as the technology lead for website optimization, conversion rate optimization (CRO), experimentation, and digital analytics, ensuring data-driven decision-making and measurable business impact.
  • Embed within operational workflows; including inventory management, fulfillment, supply chain, and customer experience-to identify inefficiencies and translate them into technology-driven improvements.
  • Design, implement, and continuously improve automation, AI-powered solutions, and operational tooling that reduce manual effort and increase scalability.
  • Own the integration and performance of systems across ecommerce, marketplaces, ERP, WMS, CRM, BI, and other business-critical platforms, ensuring seamless data flow and operational visibility.
  • Establish and maintain reporting, dashboards, KPI frameworks, and post-launch measurement processes that provide actionable insights and drive continuous improvement across the digital business.

The Ideal Candidate Will

  • Combine strategic product management expertise with a hands-on mindset, thriving in environments where they can both define roadmaps and solve operational challenges.
  • Demonstrate strong experience with ecommerce, digital commerce platforms, systems integrations, analytics, and technology-driven business optimization.
  • Be comfortable translating business goals into scalable technical solutions while effectively balancing priorities, timelines, and platform constraints.
  • Possess a passion for process improvement, automation, and AI, with a track record of leveraging technology to eliminate manual work and increase efficiency.
  • Excel at cross-functional collaboration, building strong partnerships with sales, operations, engineering, customer experience, and external vendors.
  • Be highly analytical and data-driven, using insights, experimentation, and performance metrics to guide decision-making and continuously improve results.

Education & Technical Competencies

  • 3–8 years of product management experience, including at least 3 years focused on ecommerce, digital commerce operations, or a combination of both, with a willingness to stay hands-on as needed.
  • Proven experience leveraging AI tools, including GPT-based solutions, to automate workflows, improve efficiency, and enhance ecommerce or operational processes.
  • Demonstrated success leading digital products from discovery through launch and iteration, with hands-on experience in ecommerce platforms and commerce technologies such as CMS, PIM, search, payments, and reviews.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with experience using web analytics tools (GA4 preferred), performance dashboards, and data-driven decision-making to optimize business outcomes.
  • Working knowledge of systems integration concepts, including APIs, webhooks, and data flows, with the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams and technical partners.
  • Experience partnering with commercial teams on website optimization, conversion rate optimization (CRO), experimentation, and digital growth initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and prioritization skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business requirements and actionable recommendations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in consumer electronics, hardware, or other businesses with complex product catalogs and SKU management.
  • Exposure to marketplace channels such as Amazon, Walmart, or Best Buy and the operational requirements associated with them.
  • Familiarity with ERP, WMS, 3PL, CRM, and business intelligence systems; SQL proficiency and Agile product development experience are a plus.
