This is a Direct hire Full time position on site in Houston, TX
Qualifications
- 7+ years in product management
- 4+ years supporting/owning eCommerce.
- Experience with enterprise platforms like Salesforce, Oracle, JDEdwards
- Knowledge of ERP integrations, EDI, middleware, and KPI tools.
- Strong stakeholder management, organizational, and communication skills.
Role Overview
- Manages the B2B wholesale storefront and account portal roadmap.
- Collaborates with trade partners, sales, IT, and finance to translate business needs into product features.
- Supports integrations with systems like Salesforce, JDE, and D365.
- Monitors KPIs such as order accuracy, self-service adoption, and reorder rates.
Key Responsibilities
- Develops product requirements, user stories, and manages Agile processes.
- Designs B2B-specific features like bulk reorder, saved carts, and punchout catalogs.
- Supports onboarding, platform performance, and defect resolution.
- Presents updates and performance results to senior stakeholders.
