    Employee Experience and Productivity (EEP) is part of IS&T and delivers some of the most widely used communication and productivity technology and services across Apple - from tools that enable collaboration to the support teams that keep Apples workforce running. EEP also leads user experience design and research, and manages the systems behind Apples original content studios. We are seeking a AI-Driven Product Manager to partner with our stakeholders in the Apple Services organization to deliver internal products and platforms that power their business operations. In this role, youll own cross-functional initiatives that enable our global teams to work more efficiently, scale seamlessly, and deliver exceptional experiences to our business leaders worldwide. As an AI-Driven Product Manager, youll build internal products and platforms to deliver maximum impact for stakeholder teams. As new business requirements evolve, you will craft the story, explore alternative solutions and define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for your portfolio of products.Define and own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for a portfolio of business-facing products, balancing short term delivery with long term strategic bets. Lead cross-functional teams through full product development cycles from discovery and requirements through design, engineering, and launch. Continuously evaluate the product ecosystem for consolidation and synergy opportunities, leveraging AI capabilities. Partner with business stakeholders to align product roadmaps and capabilities to business priorities and strategies. Use data and employee insights to measure product impact, identify gaps, and drive continuous improvement across the portfolio. Working closely with business stakeholders, leveraging AI tools to build prototypes.3+ years of experience in a product management role leading product development cycles from concept to launch, and shipping products at scale. 4+ years of experience working cross-functionally with peer teams such as software engineering and UX Design or other technical teams. 4+ years of experience delivering products that support media content production workflows in any of the following areas: Legal, Music, Business Affairs, Marketing, or Digital Apps Distribution & Supply Chain. BS or MS degree in computer science, information management, or a technical field, or equivalent experience.Expert in identifying complex requirements, aligning them to business objectives, and building functional engineering requirements. Strong prioritization skills, with the ability to balance multiple projects and programs of varying lengths while managing trade-os that align strategically to the vision of your portfolio and the product organization. Advanced skills in analyzing product data to advise both long-term strategy and short-term solutions that will delight employees. Proven ability to break down complex problems into steps that drive agile product development in partnership with UX and engineering teams. Hands-on experience designing, shipping, or integrating AI-powered tools and experiences that meaningfully augment employee productivity. Proficient with visual design and diagramming tools for wireframing, product ideation, and communicating concepts eectively with design and engineering partners. Experience working with vendor-managed products and roadmaps, including influencing and aligning external partners to internal priorities. Experience managing and rationalizing a portfolio of products, with a strong instinct for identifying redundancy, driving consolidation, and simplifying the number of solutions without sacrificing capability or experience quality. Keen ability to rally teams and shepherd product development from discovery to launch with an unparalleled focus on customer experience and strategy. Highly confident leading teams and driving cross-functional alignment in ambiguous problem spaces. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead with influence and present eectively to senior leadership. Experience mentoring product managers and contributing to the growth of the broader product organization.
