Overview
Seeking a strategic and execution-focused Product Manager to help lead product management within the Structured Debt Client Platform. This role is responsible for shaping product vision, driving platform outcomes, and delivering client-centric capabilities aligned to business priorities and the Platform Operating Model (POM).
The ideal candidate will combine product leadership, platform thinking, stakeholder management, and delivery discipline to define and advance a roadmap that improves client experience, strengthens platform capabilities, and supports scalable business growth. This individual will work closely with partners across product, engineering, design, operations, risk, and business leadership to deliver measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Oversight and Governance tracking processes and metrics of key workstreams including:
Escalation and ownership for oversight leads
Change Management
Controls, Site visits, validation reviews
Performance management and reporting SLAs, key metrics
Incident Response Plan and Issue resolution
Compliance
Financial ownership
Client forecasting, approval, billing oversight
New initiative planning, delivery, and execution
Trustee liaison
Client liaison
Lead product management activities for the Structured Debt Client Platform, including strategy, roadmap definition, prioritization, and execution oversight.
Translate platform and business objectives into clear product outcomes, initiatives, and sequenced delivery plans.
Partner with stakeholders across business, technology, operations, and control functions to identify client needs, pain points, and market opportunities.
Own and maintain a well-governed product backlog, ensuring priorities reflect business value, risk considerations, regulatory needs, and platform dependencies.
Drive product discovery, business case development, and value articulation for new capabilities, enhancements, and modernization efforts.
Establish and monitor product success metrics, KPIs, and outcome measures to assess adoption, performance, and value realization.
Collaborate with engineering and delivery teams within the POM framework to support agile execution, release planning, and continuous improvement.
Ensure product decisions are grounded in client needs, data insights, operational efficiency, and strategic alignment.
Communicate roadmap progress, tradeoffs, risks, and dependencies effectively to senior leadership and key stakeholder groups.
Contribute to platform governance, planning routines, and cross-platform coordination to support enterprise consistency and execution discipline.
Qualifications
Bachelor s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required; advanced degree preferred.
Significant experience in product management, platform management, business transformation, or strategic change leadership within financial services or a complex enterprise environment.
Demonstrated experience leading end-to-end product lifecycle management, from discovery and prioritization through delivery and adoption.
Strong understanding of product management practices, agile delivery methods, and operating within a platform-oriented model.
Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and work effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to balance strategic vision and execution detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level presentation and storytelling capabilities.
Experience working in highly regulated environments with strong appreciation for risk, control, and governance expectations.
Familiarity with structured debt, capital markets, asset servicing, or adjacent financial products is preferred.

Additional Information:
Duration: 12 month contract opportunity
Hybrid Work Model: 4 days onsite required weekly in Lake Mary, FL
Rate Range: $110-120/hr. W2 (based on experience)
