We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join an innovative Generative AI team focused on developing AI-powered products that improve business operations and decision-making. This role will lead the execution of product strategy for an internal AI platform, partnering with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to deliver impactful, user-centered solutions.
The ideal candidate is passionate about AI technologies, product management, and creating exceptional user experiences through data-driven decision making.
Responsibilities
- Drive the execution of the product vision, roadmap, and strategy for an enterprise AI platform.
- Partner with engineering, UX, and cross-functional teams to define product requirements and prioritize features.
- Serve as the voice of the customer by conducting user research, gathering feedback, and analyzing product usage data.
- Translate business needs and customer insights into clear product requirements and user stories.
- Monitor product performance and identify opportunities to improve adoption, usability, and business value.
- Balance user needs, technical considerations, and business priorities to make informed product decisions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate product plans, progress, and outcomes.
- Support the successful delivery of AI-powered capabilities that improve efficiency and decision quality.
- Continuously evaluate emerging AI trends and identify opportunities to enhance product capabilities.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience delivering enterprise software or technology products.
- Experience managing products from concept through launch and ongoing enhancement.
- Strong understanding of Agile product development methodologies.
- Experience gathering customer feedback and using data to drive product decisions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate complex business problems into actionable product requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineering, UX, and business stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Generative AI, machine learning, or AI-enabled products.
- Familiarity with enterprise software or internal business applications.
- Experience using product analytics to measure adoption and customer success.
- Knowledge of AI product lifecycle, experimentation, and iterative product development.
