About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Product Manager to support our Home Environment category, with a focus on our Clorox® licensed product portfolio. This role will play a key part in driving product strategy, development, and commercial execution across a growing and highly visible category.

This position plays an important role in supporting Hamilton Beach Brands continued growth, innovation, and operational excellence. The role collaborates closely with cross-functional partners and contributes to key business initiatives that support the companys long-term strategy.

This is a hybrid position based in Glen Allen, VA and reports to the Senior Director, Product Marketing.

What Youll Do

• Support the development and execution of category strategy and product roadmap for Home Environment and Clorox® licensed products
• Manage product lifecycle activities from concept through launch and post-market optimization
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Engineering, Sales, and Supply Chain to deliver successful product launches
• Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape to inform product decisions
• Support pricing strategy, margin targets, and overall portfolio performance
• Assist in preparing business cases, product briefs, and launch plans
• Monitor in-market performance and recommend actions to drive growth and improve results
• Contribute to innovation pipeline development and continuous improvement initiatives

What Were Looking For

• Bachelors degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• 7+ years of experience in product management, category management, or related roles within consumer goods
• Experience in Home Environment, appliances, or licensed brand products preferred
• Strong analytical and business acumen, with experience supporting P&L performance
• Ability to translate consumer insights and market data into actionable product strategies
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
