Description

Product Manager / Product Owner Location: Glendale Office (hybrid, 4 days onsite)
Pay Range: $65/hour to $77/hour 
Overview
We are seeking a Product Manager / Product Owner to join a technology team supporting digital products and business applications. This role serves as the bridge between business stakeholders and engineering teams, ensuring product initiatives align with business goals while delivering exceptional user experiences.

The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in product ownership, business analysis, stakeholder management, and Agile software development. You will help define product strategy, prioritize features, manage product backlogs, and collaborate across cross-functional teams to deliver impactful technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
  • Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap for digital products and applications.
  • Translate business objectives into prioritized product roadmaps, milestones, user stories, and backlog items.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams, fostering strong cross-functional partnerships.
  • Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for technical teams.
  • Analyze user behavior, business processes, and product performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Recommend innovative product solutions while balancing business priorities, technical feasibility, and user experience.
  • Partner with engineering, design, QA, and business teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with development teams to investigate issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend solutions.
  • Communicate product priorities, requirements, and project status clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Support Agile development processes, including backlog management, sprint planning, and release planning.
  • Ensure product deliverables are completed on schedule and aligned with business objectives.
  • Contribute to continuous process improvements and promote best practices across product and technology teams.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, Design, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or a related technology role.
  • Experience participating in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile development environments.
  • Ability to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for technical teams.
  • Experience working closely with both business stakeholders and software development teams.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML technologies and the ability to translate business needs into AI-enabled product features is highly desirable.
  • Experience using Jira or similar Agile project management tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable to changing business needs.
  • Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills across cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting customer-facing digital products, mobile applications, or enterprise business applications.
  • Exposure to media, entertainment, or other consumer-focused industries is a plus.
  • Experience working with data-driven product decisions and user analytics.
