Product Manager Graduate (Content and Service Ads) - 2027 Start

The Lead & Service team is part of the Global Monetization Product organization and is responsible for building advertising products for lead & service clients. Our vision is to make our product the leading platform for lead & service marketers to acquire users and provide high quality services to users by building products that generate high quality leads and support unique vertical needs.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct a comprehensive and in-depth analysis of global lead generation advertising clients profiles, develop a profound understanding of the industry ecosystems and the pain points faced by clients in verticals like automotive, finance, and local services.
• Build lead generation tools such as form and direct message, to collect high quality leads for clients.
• Responsible for the process and functional design of CRM products, defining product roadmaps and writing product requirements documents, building solid data pipelines.
• Work with global cross-functional teams, responsible for driving the successful implementation of project from 0 to 1. Minimum Qualifications:
• Individuals who are completing or have recently completed a Bachelor s degree in computer science or a related discipline.
• Be able to understand clients measurement metrics and budget allocation logics, dig out requirements from the clients perspective.
• Focus on achieving tangible outcomes and key performance indicators.
• Proven ability to think logically and strategically, with some experience in product planning and design that aligns with overarching business goals.
• Proficiency in Chinese and English is required to collaborate with global partners, including Engineering teams based in Mandarin-speaking regions. These interactions include leading and participating in meetings that are conducted in Chinese as well as corresponding in chat or emails.
