Product Manager - Graphite Electrodes

Other:

• Lead the strategy, profitability, market growth, and lifecycle management of the Graphite Electrodes and Graphite Shapes product lines.
• Partner with sales teams and customers to identify technical solutions, support product trials, and improve field performance.
• Develop pricing strategies, monitor product margins and costs, and identify opportunities to improve profitability.
• Manage key supplier relationships, commercial negotiations, product quality, supply continuity, and new-vendor qualification.
• Requires 5+ years of experience in industrial manufacturing, iron and steel, or refractory applications, with strong knowledge of EAF and LMF operations.
• 100% remote position reporting to the Vice President of Technology, with approximately 10-15% international travel.
