Our Home Lending Product team guides the strategic direction and performance of our home lending products. We are a supportive team where you will have the opportunity to contribute ideas and help drive positive outcomes for our customers.

At Macquarie, our advantage is bringing together diverse people and empowering them to shape all kinds of possibilities. We are a global financial services group operating in 31 markets and with 56 years of unbroken profitability. You'll be part of a friendly and supportive team where everyone - no matter what role - contributes ideas and drives outcomes.

What role will you play?

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to support, govern and manage our Home Lending origination experiences. This role focuses on improving how customers and brokers apply for a home loan - from their first interaction through to the approval and settlement of their loan. In partnership with our technology and operations teams you'll help translate customer needs, business priorities, and regulatory requirements into clear, deliverable outcomes.

This is a hands-on product role suited to someone who thrives in shared ownership environments, values strong partnerships with teams in the value chain, and knows how to drive outcomes through influence rather than formal authority.

What you offer

5+ years' experience as a Product Manager in banking, home lending, or a regulated digital environment

Proven experience working closely with technology and delivery teams in a shared ownership model

Strong background in customer journey optimisation and digital product delivery

Comfortable operating in complexity and navigating trade-offs across experience, risk, and delivery constraints

Clear communicator who can influence outcomes without owning every decision

Experience in home loan origination, mortgages, or consumer lending

Exposure to broker-led journeys, credit decisioning, or lending policy frameworks

Experience improving application flows or onboarding journeys end-to-end

Strong data literacy and comfort using insights to inform prioritisation.
