Job Summary:
This role involves driving end-to-end supply chain strategy for robotics and automation products, balancing cost, lead time, and supplier performance. Candidates will collaborate extensively with various internal teams to optimize operations and achieve cost reduction targets. The position offers a unique opportunity to build a new supply chain organization at significant scale.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute supply chain strategies.
• Collaborate with sourcing, planning, and engineering teams.
• Analyze and reduce total cost of ownership.
• Optimize lead times and track progress.
• Implement post-launch design changes.

Must-Have Skills:

• Experience in strategic sourcing and commodity management.
• Proven ability to drive lead time reduction initiatives.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
• Experience in robotics, electromechanical systems, or similar technology-intensive industries is preferred for this role.
